Larry Letendre
Shawn Cudnik is a Managing Partner of QP Group Americas. He has over 20 years of supply chain and strategic procurement experience. Shawn has worked for various clients within the hospitality, pharmaceutical, healthcare, high-tech, automotive and heavy/industrial equipment, food and beverage, telecommunications, and metal processing industries, with experience in various indirect and direct categories.
Shawn is currently the client partner responsible for numerous current clients, and has led one of the largest client projects in the history of QP Group. Shawn is also one of our lead trainers for our education and development service offering, with extensive experience in conducting Sourcing Management training workshops. Over the past eleven years, Shawn has trained over fifteen different clients and over 1000 participants.
Shawn has also led engagements focused on coaching and capabilities development where he provided coaching and mentoring to Procurement Site Leads, Directors and Managers at several of the Top 10 Global Pharmaceutical companies. Topics covered included stakeholder engagement and facilitation, category strategy development, governance and project/program management, process compliance, organizational design, etc.
In addition to working with QP Group, Shawn held the positions of Senior eSourcing Manager for A.T. Kearney, Sr. Consultant for ShareMax (an eSourcing provider) and consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers. He joined QP Group in 2001.
Shawn has a MBA and MMM (Masters in Manufacturing Management) and a Bachelors degree in Applied Physics.
Matthew is a Managing Partner of QP Group Americas. He joined QP Group in 2001 and has since provided all internal and external financial leadership for the firm in the Americas. In addition to running the firm’s infrastructure, Matt works closely with QP Group’s client service teams providing strategic, financial and other resources to assure successful outcomes are achieved on all client engagements.
Prior to joining QP Group, Matthew was the financial leader for DVC Group, Inc., a privately held marketing, communications and technology company. As the senior financial executive, Matt drove a process resulting in a substantial equity investment by venture capital firm. In addition he directed all banking, financing and external financial relationships for the firm.
Matthew started his financial career as an Accountant at KPMG Peat Marwick, and progressed through Controller roles at Arrow Group Industries, Murjani International, Ausimont, and Lea & Perrins, Inc. This led to directorship roles within Suburban Propane just prior to his position with DVC. Matt has led the development and implementation of strategic planning processes supporting highly distributed businesses and has been involved with IPO’s and private placement debt offerings.
Matthew holds MBA and BS degrees as well as being a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey.
Larry is an Associate Partner with QP Group. Larry has many years of experience encompassing a diverse range of responsibilities up and down the supply chain, including the management and leadership of multiple procurement categories.
Larry’s primary focus is leading the global education service offering and responsible for developing client education programs. During this tenure at QP Group, he has instructed over 3000 procurement professionals in over 200 education workshops.
Prior to joining QP Group, he was with Truckbay.com as Vice President, products and sourcing and Ryder Transportation Systems as Director of Procurement and General Manager of RyderFleetProducts.com, Ryder’s warehouse distributor of replacement parts.
Larry also spent 18 years in the high-tech industry with Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) and Tech Data Corporation. He held various senior management positions involving supply chain innovation and business process re-engineering.
His education includes a BS in Business Administration
