QP Group has worked all areas and categories of spend in the Hospitality Industry for Global clients. As a key driver of one of the largest global hotel company's procurement transformation, our team was responsible for the majority of the traditional spend (Marketing, Information Technology, Corporate and Support Services), but also developed and deployed a procurement services offering (similar to a GPO) for the Americas hotels which covered categories such as food & beverage, room supplies, cleaning chemicals, energy, facilities management, millwork and soft goods, etc. The net result was a transformed organization that saved hundreds of millions of dollars over a five year period for the hotel company and the hotel owners.
